All stands must be ready at this time and have been accepted by the organizer, otherwise a sale is not possible.

Opening hours

  • Friday, 21 June 2019 from 17 – 23 hrs
  • Saturday, 22 June 2019 from 11am – 11pm
  • Sunday, 23 June 2019 from 11am – 11pm

Electricity demand

  • How much power do your devices need?
  • Do I have adapters, plugs and extension cords with me?

You are independently responsible for the power from the distribution box. We recommend that you take all necessary power cables and sufficient extensions up to 20 meters with you. If there are any problems, an electrician will help you with the installation.

Parking facilities

  • For safety reasons, no parking spaces are permitted on the grounds during the festival.
  • Before the opening hours, goods can be taken to the site by car. The cars must leave the yard after unloading.
  • We recommend that you search for parking spaces in advance and recommend the Parkhaus Hardturm car park (www.parkingzuerich.ch).

Cooking with gas

  • Do you cook with gas? Then a valid vignette / certificate of inspection is mandatory by law as of 1.1.2018. Devices without a vignette cannot be put into operation at the festival.

Don’t you have a vignette? Check your devices with Mr. Ralph Spycher until 18 June 2019 on +41 43 311 51 47. You can make an appointment directly with Mr. Spycher.

Foodtruck SiNa (safety certificate)

  • Every operator of a food truck must present a valid safety certificate at the festival. Ask your local electrician about the safety certificate.

Hygiene and food control

  • Food hygiene checks may take place unannounced. Therefore, please read the leaflet “Outdoor food sales” (attached to the festival’s info/guide, also at www.italianfoodfestival.ch/aussteller) carefully and draw up a self-monitoring concept for your stand.

Music

  • Mobile music systems are not allowed.

Drinks

  • The sale of beverages of any kind is prohibited for stand operators (also includes coffee, mineral, alcoholic beverages) and is reserved for the organizer and their representative
